Friday, July 29, 2005 I had two very weird dreams today. I shall start with the less crazy one.I was in a lift when suddendly a woman with 6 babies came in. I remember very clearly, 6 childrens, all very young, 2 girls 4 boys. She was carrying 1 of them. Then they started teasing and playing wif one another, normal of kids to do, suddendly they starting arguing over whos the eldest(something like that) and then all of a sudden the mother asked 1 of the girl, "you like your mother or brother more?" The girl replied "Mummy more" the mother asked her why but i forgot the reason. At that point I was still in the lift (long trip) and recalled myself being mildly amused by it, and it was then i could sense the door opening soon, and inexplicably i raise my hands and pinched the baby's cheeks(the one the mum was holding). Then all of a sudden I became very nervous and couldnt wait for the door to open fast enuff, the mother asked me which floor did i stay on ? I replied her '6', then asked what bout her. She said '3', then oic, the door opened and i quickly said bye to her. I sorta jogged quickly(i wasnt scared or anything during that point, but i didnt know why) towards my unit and that was when i woke up. Abit perplexed, i went on dreammoods.com for a little interpretation. To see children in your dream, signifies your own childlike qualities or a retreat back to a childlike state. It is an extension of your inner child during a time of innocence, purity, simplicity, and a carefree attitude. You may be longing for the past and the chance to satisfy repressed desires and unfulfilled hopes. Take some time off and cater to the inner child within. Perhaps there is something that you need to see grow and nurtured. To dream that your own grown children are still very young, indicates that you still see them as young and dependent. You want to feel needed and significant. To dream that you are watching children but they do not know you are there, is a metaphor for some hidden knowledge or some latent talent which you have failed to recognize. To save a child, signifies your attempts to save a part of yourself from being destroyed. Three signifies life, vitality, inner strength, completion, imagination, creativity, energy, and self-exploration. Three stands for trilogy as in the past, present, and future or father, mother, and child, etc. |
